Purchasing your Piece
How Does it Work?
To purchase an item you will need to complete these steps:
- Choose the piece you’ve fallen in love with.
- Tell us your budget or purchase the item at the listed price.
What's the difference?
- If you purchase the item at the listed price we will handcraft a ring (to your finger size) with a diamond consistent with the size and quality of the diamond listed.
- If your budget allows you to get a bigger or smaller diamond. Simply submit your budget and we will provide you with a quote for the best possible diamond. We only use the best quality diamonds and set a minimum diamond size for each ring. Why is this? It is because our rings are so unique that many of them cannot be reduced past a certain size otherwise the integrity, structure and design of the ring is compromised.
- Tell us your ring size. All of our rings are made specifically for your particular finger size. We ask where possible to get the most accurate sizing before production. If you are unsure of how to determine your ring size we will send you a free ring sizer once you’ve confirmed your order and prior to hand crafting your piece.
- We will confirm whether we can make the ring within your budget.
- We will then source a diamond for you and give you the specific details and a quote.
- Once you review our quote and confirmed that you wish to proceed we will provide you with production and delivery timeframes.
- Once payment is received we will begin handcrafting your piece.
Once you have received the item you will have 30 days to return it if you are not completely satisfied and we will refund your money. For more details see our Terms and Conditions.

An example of how it works:
Steve buys a $10,000 (excl. GST) diamond engagement ring and is planning to propose to his girlfriend on their next holiday to Australia.
Steve and Sarah’s flight to Australia is on 28 February. Steve will need to pay for the ring between the 1st and 28th of February (within 28 days of departure and no earlier). At the same time he will need to provide us with his full name and flight departure details. We will then provide him with a “Tax Free Sales Receipt” that he must take to pick up his engagement ring at the airport. They are flying from Wellington through Auckland and then on to Australia. As their international flight is leaving from Auckland Steve will need to pick up the ring from Auckland. Firstly he will need to pass through customs and immigration in Auckland. He will then need to make his way the collection point in the airport. Once he is there he will need to provide them with his “Tax Free Sales Receipt” and they will give him the ring. Steve cannot chicken out in Australia and ask Sarah when he gets back to NZ. If he doesn’t propose in Australia and gives the ring to Sarah he maybe liable for GST upon his return.
