• We offer free shipping on all deliveries.
• All items will be fully insured from when it leaves our workshop to when it arrives at your door.  It will take 4-6 weeks to handcraft your piece.
• We cannot send to post office boxes.

The standard shipping timeframes are as follows:

New Zealand

• We will send your item via courier within NZ in signature required packets.  The package will require signature upon delivery.

International

• Orders will be sent by a worldwide courier service through either FEDEX or DHL. The package will require signature upon delivery. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that are applied in the country of delivery, which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
