WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PURCHASE A RING?
Refer to our ‘Purchasing your piece. How does it work?’ section for a step by step process. If you’re still not sure then feel free to send us an email or give us a call with any questions you may have.

WHAT IF IT'S THE WRONG SIZE?  / CAN YOU RESIZE THE RING FOR ME?
Don’t worry, we can arrange for it to be resized by one of our experienced jewellers. As our rings are often complex in their construction we request that all resizing be completed by one of our master jewellers, as all warranties will be voided if you have your Inspired ring resized or repaired elsewhere.

CAN I CALL YOU TO ASK A QUESTION ABOUT THE RING?
Yes we are always happy to answer any questions you have about The Inspired Collection so please feel free to contact us with any questions you have.

DO YOU DO COMMISSION PIECES?
Yes because we are designing and manufacturing jewellers we can do commission pieces. So please ask us if you have any special requests.

DO YOU REMODEL EXISTING JEWELLERY?
Unfortunately we don’t. We are happy to assist you with new Inspired pieces.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO MAKE MY PIECE?
It will take 4-6 weeks to handcraft your piece. However if you have an urgent request we will do everything possible to accommodate you.  For in-stock items that do not require sizing we will notify you of the timeframes and in most cases if the in-stock item does not require resizing, it will be shipped to you on the next working day.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ITEM TO ME?

WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?

DOES INSPIRED JEWELLERY SHIP TO PO BOXES?

Items shipped within New Zealand can be delivered to a P.O. Box or to a selected Post Office. 

For International shipping items cannot be delivered to a Post Office or P.O. Box, however items can be collected from your local FedEx Depot. 

WHY CAN’T YOU MAKE THE DIAMOND WITHOUT CLAWS, AND FREE OF CONSTRAINT?
We are working on it....watch this space!! Diamonds either need to be held in by claws or tension set to ensure they do not fall out during normal wear.

WHAT ARE HEARTS AND ARROWS IN DIAMONDS? WHY DOES A DIAMOND HAVE HEARTS AND ARROWS?
Hearts and arrows are what can be seen in a diamond through a special viewing machine. Essentially they reflect excellent symmetry but don’t always necessarily reflect a well cut diamond. We first recommend looking for a diamond with a high cut grade then in many cases the symmetry will also be very good which will allow you to see hearts and arrows.

DO YOU MAKE WEDDING BANDS THAT MATCH THE ENGAGEMENT RING?
Yes we do. We are continually adding designs to our wedding ring range and these can be viewed in our Wedding Collection.  If have any questions, please ask.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY RING?

HOW DO I FIND OUT MY GIRLFRIENDS RING SIZE WITHOUT GIVING AWAY THE SURPRISE?
Ideally we recommend you have your finger sized by a professional to ensure you have the most accurate sizing (review our stockist page to find your nearest Inspired Stockist). We understand that this may not always be possible, particularly if the ring is a surprise and recommend that you contact us if you need any further advice on selecting a ring size.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD AT PAYPAL?
Yes, all transactions through Paypal are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO PAYPAL ACCEPT?
Paypal accepts all major credit cards.
