Congratulations to Karl Williams and Nigel Wong for making the finals of the jewellery design awards. It is a fantastic achievement and reaffirms our position as NZ's leading designing and manufacturing jewellers. The winner will be announced at the NZ Jewellery Show between 1-4th July 2010
Karl Williams' ring named “Ra” is homage to the Egyptian Sun God, featuring a 1.05ct natural yellow marquise cut diamond with fine white diamond accents and an original platinum & gold setting.
Nigel Wong's neckace named “X –Tension” is a carefully hinged and locking concertina style necklace in 3 different golds that contracts and expands to fit any wearer, featuring a spectacular 11.85ct trilliant cut green tourmaline. We will be uploading pictures of Karl's and Nigel's pieces very soon.
