PURCHASING YOUR PIECE

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

To purchase your Inspired piece simply:

• Visit your nearest Inspired stockist. Talk with an experienced retail staff member at one of our specially selected stockists. 
   
• Buy online. For locations where we don’t have a physical stockist we recommend to view our gallery of Inspired Ring designs  available for purchase.  Once you have made your design selection simply contact us with your: 

  • Ring size - All of our rings are made specifically for your particular finger size. We ask, where possible, to get the most accurate sizing before the piece is crafted.

  • Budget preference.

  • Diamond preferences (for example your preferred cut, colour, clarity and carat).

  • Metal preferences.

Our experienced team will then select the best options for you and provide you with a quote.

Once you review our quote and confirm that you wish to proceed we will provide you with production and delivery timeframes.

Once payment is received we will begin handcrafting your piece.

Once you have received the item you will have 30 days to return it if you are not completely satisfied and we will refund your money. For custom designs additional conditions apply please contact us for more details.
